To provide support, I need

1. receipt or other kind of proof of purchase of MACHIN3tools
2. system_info.txt from this FOLDER folder
3. if you report a PROBLEM or ERROR:
• attach a screenshot of the terminal/system console
  just a screenshot of the error message in Blender is not enough
• attach a screenshot of the terminal/system console right after starting Blender, to verify other addons are not interfering
• attach a blend file, if it makes sense, keep it small
• describe how I can reproduce your problem or error
